The Wall
60"x40" Acrylics and Oils on Canvas 2007

The granite wall demonstrates the last respite of hope among the homeless who have no reasonable place to lay their heads for rest. The upscale bookstore is ironically across the street from the MOMA, and the original photo was taken as Mr. Peterson was leaving an exhibition there.
