The story behind the image:

This was conceived at one of those amusement parks that just kind of pop up out of nowhere. The owners allowed me to have the run of the place prior to public admission and this was one ride that brought back memories of Coney Island so many years ago. The quiet arrangements of the cars against the outdoor environment made for a mood worthy of painting.
